Your Trusted Holistic Nurse Coaching in Washington

Rooted in compassion, your path to healing starts with us.

Vicki Aaberg, PhD, RN, has been a dedicated and compassionate nurse, committed to supporting the healing and well-being of others throughout her decades-long career. With a strong foundation in clinical nursing, she has continually expanded her skills to address the deeper layers of trauma and emotional pain that often underlie physical symptoms and now brings holistic nurse coaching and sound healing to truly collaborate with individuals. Vicki brings a grounded, empathetic presence to her work, combining years of hands-on experience with an integrative approach to healing.

Drawing from advanced training in Somatic Experiencing and the DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience) model, Vicki specializes in helping clients safely process and release stored trauma in the body. She has also completed professional coursework in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through Numinus, further deepening her understanding of transformative, consciousness-expanding modalities. The nurse coaching training emphasizes whole body health and collaboration with the client for the most favorable outcomes. With this unique blend of somatic and psychedelic-informed approaches from a holistic nurse lens, Vicki creates a supportive space for individuals to explore, integrate, and move through trauma toward greater resilience and wholeness.

We are passionate about creating a sanctuary where individuals can safely explore their inner worlds and process experiences that have shaped their lives. From the very beginning, our focus has been on accompanying you in your healing journey.

The Role of a Holistic Nurse Coach

Unlike conventional medical care that often focuses solely on managing isolated physical symptoms, holistic nurse coaching looks at the whole ecosystem of your well-being, mind, body, and spirit. As a registered nurse based in Washington state with a doctoral degree, Vicki Aaberg, PhD, RN, bridges clinical safety with compassionate, client-centered care.

Nurse coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we partner with you to uncover how chronic stress and somatic tension interact. By blending nursing expertise with body-centered awareness, we co-create personalized pathways that restore internal balance and foster sustainable healing.

The Science of Sound Healing

Sound instruments such as gongs and crystal singing bowls do far more than create soothing music; they interact directly with your physical biology. As a dedicated sound healing practitioner, Vicki uses resonant acoustic frequencies to encourage brainwave entrainment, shifting your mental state from alert beta waves down into deeply restorative alpha and theta states.

On the other hand, acoustic vibrations act as a gentle bridge, bypassing the analytical mind to offer direct physical relief. These physical vibrations stimulate the vagus nerve, which serves as the primary braking system for your body's stress response. This process helps lower stress hormones and slow down heart rate, while also cultivating the deep physiological conditions required for lasting nervous system regulation.
